Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Policy Overview

Due to the nature of alcohol products, all sales made through our Website are treated as final and binding at the time of purchase. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

⚠️ All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

This policy applies to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect expectations of taste, vintage, or packaging

• Purchases made in error

• Any other reason unrelated to product quality or damage

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

To lodge a claim, please email us at infinita4enquiry@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product

• A brief description of the issue

We will assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

4. Corked or Spoiled Products

For whisky or wine products that are found to be corked, spoiled, or otherwise undrinkable due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us for assessment.

We reserve the right to request the bottle (or any remaining product) be returned for assessment before processing any claim.

Decisions on corked or spoiled product claims are made at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.

5. Incorrect Orders

If we have sent you the wrong product (different label, vintage, volume, or quantity from what you ordered), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and collect the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with our delivery partner.

If an order is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we will offer a replacement order or a full refund at our discretion.

Please allow up to 14 business days after reporting a non-delivery before we can initiate an investigation with the delivery service.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds typically take 5 to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are not responsible for any bank processing times or foreign exchange differences applied by your financial institution.

If you paid by cash or bank transfer, please provide your bank details when requesting a refund.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us at infinita4enquiry@gmail.com before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard no-return policy applies.

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day during our working hours.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26, Laws of Hong Kong) or any other applicable Hong Kong consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy seeks to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
